6. INDEMNIFICATION:
     Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SliceAndDiceData.Com, its employees, agents and assigns from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees arising out of Customer's use of SliceAndDiceData.Com and its content.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
     This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

8. CONTROLLING LAW:
     This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws rule. Any cause of action of any nature arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the County of Blair, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
